¼cupBrazil nuts or almondsideally soaked for 6 hours, rinsed and drained
1clovegarlic
2tspdried mushrooms, ground to a powder
¼tspsalt
pinchof pepper
½cupolive oil
Instructions
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
Make this just before serving so that it’s warm. **A cooked version is simply steamed cauliflower blended with a little coconut oil, flax oil, and salt.
