Ingredients
  

  • 1 red bell pepper large
  • 1 cup cashews or macadamia nuts or a 1/2 cup of each, soaked 3 – 4 hours
  • 1/2 lime or lemon juice of, depending on size (2 – 3 tablespoons of lemon juice)
  • 1/4 teaspoon celtic Himalayan, or pink salt
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast optional

Instructions
 

  • Cut the bell pepper into small chunks and place in a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until the pepper is liquefied.
  • Place nuts in a blender with the pepper and blend until creamy.
  • Add lemon juice and salt to taste.
  • If need be, adjust to desired consistency by adding water to thin or additional nuts to thicken.

Notes

Optional – Add nutritional yeast for an even cheesier taste.
