  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup coconut butter
  • 1 cup water hot or cold, your choice
  • 1/8- inch to 1/4-inch fresh turmeric or 1/8 teaspoon dried
  • 5 drops vanilla stevia extra to taste

Instructions
 

  • Blend the hemp seeds, coconut butter, and water together until smooth.
  • Add the turmeric and blend again.
  • Taste, and sweeten with additional vanilla stevia if needed. Enjoy immediately!
  • *If you want a warm golden milk, use hot water.
