“Not” Tuna Salad a Vegan Keto Tuna Salad Alternative

2-3tablespoonssunflower seed butter or almond butter
Instructions
Place sunflower seeds, almonds and water in a food processor and process into a paste.
Transfer to a small mixing bowl and stir in the celery, onion, parsley, tarragon, and dulse with ½ the lemon juice. Mix well.
Adjust seasonings to taste.
Combine almond butter or sunbutter with 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and spoon into the Tuna and stir well.
