Ingredients
  

  • ½ Cup Hemp Seeds
  • ½ Cup Walnuts or Avocado
  • 1 Cup Frozen Zucchini
  • ¼ teaspoon Lou Han
  • *add your favorite flavorings

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Add approximately 1 handful of ice and ¼ water or replace with frozen zucchini.
  • Blend well adding ice and water to achieve desired consistency.

Notes

This tastes great as it is, but you can add flavorings to mix it up. Add cacao powder, vanilla, hazelnut stevia, almond extract, mint, or even some low-glycemic berries.
