- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon cordyceps mushroom powder
- ½ teaspoon spirulina
- 1 dash kelp powder
- ½-1 teaspoon hemp seeds
- Stevia monk fruit, erythritol, Lakanto, yacon syrup, or strawberry powder to sweeten
- Shredded dried coconut or ground almonds for rolling
