Instructions
Place a nori sheet shiny side down on a bamboo mat or cutting board. Add a layer of pate or avocado, spreading edge-to-edge on three sides, leaving a 1–2 inch space at the top. Layer with greens, veggies, and any flavor enhancers.
Roll tightly using your fingers or sushi mat, sealing the top edge with a bit of water. Slice with a sharp, wet knife into bite-sized rounds.
