  • ½ - 1 cup cauliflower rice
  • ½ cup  shredded red cabbage
  • ½ red bell pepper, sliced
  • ½ cup shredded carrot
  • ¼–½ avocado, sliced
  • ½ cup pumpkin seed tofu or red lentil tofu
  • Tahini Ginger Dressing

Instructions
 

  • Layer ingredients onto the wrap, drizzle with dressing, roll tightly, and slice or eat like a burrito.
