Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup macadamia nuts
  • ½ cup sprouted walnuts
  • ½ cup hemp seeds
  • ¾ cup water
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ –½ tsp kelp
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ tsp chipotle
  • Small handful of arugula
  • Himalayan salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp konjac powder optional, for dip
  • ½ tsp sriracha optional, for spice

Instructions
 

  • Blend all the ingredients except konjac powder and sriracha in a high-speed blender or food processor until smooth.
  • Add sriracha if desired, blending again to combine.
  • For a thicker texture, stir in konjac powder and let sit for 5 minutes.
  • Pour into a serving bowl, and enjoy as a dip, sauce, or spread!
  • Keep leftovers stored in the fridge in an airtight container.
