- ½ cup macadamia nuts
- ½ cup sprouted walnuts
- ½ cup hemp seeds
- ¾ cup water
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- ¼ –½ tsp kelp
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ tsp chipotle
- Small handful of arugula
- Himalayan salt to taste
- ¼ tsp konjac powder optional, for dip
- ½ tsp sriracha optional, for spice
Blend all the ingredients except konjac powder and sriracha in a high-speed blender or food processor until smooth.
Add sriracha if desired, blending again to combine.
For a thicker texture, stir in konjac powder and let sit for 5 minutes.
Pour into a serving bowl, and enjoy as a dip, sauce, or spread!
Keep leftovers stored in the fridge in an airtight container.
