Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup macadamia nuts or cashews
  • 1/2 cup water
  • ½ teaspoon monk fruit extract or 1 teaspoon date paste, yacon, or agave if tolerated
  • 1 cup strawberries fresh & sliced
  • 1 pc mint leaves fresh for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Blend nuts, water, and sweetener until smooth and creamy.
  • Spoon a layer of cream into the bottom of a parfait cup.
  • Add a layer of sliced strawberries.
  • Repeat layers until the cup is full.
  • Garnish with fresh mint and enjoy!

Variations:

  • Layer cacao nibs with the strawberries and cream for a rich, chocolatey flavor.
  • Add coconut flakes for extra texture and tropical sweetness.
