  • 1 High Speed Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 cup kale leaves (including stems)
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp nettles
  • 1 tsp alfalfa
  • 1 tsp horsetail
  • 1/2–1 cup berries

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients, except berries, until smooth
  • Add berries and blend again until fully combined

Notes

Adjust fruit based on blood sugar tolerance.
