Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon coconut aminos
  • 1- inch fresh ginger or 1 teaspoon dried ginger powder
  • 1- inch fresh turmeric or 1 teaspoon dried turmeric powder
  • 1 clove garlic or 1/2 teaspoon dried garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Sea salt if needed

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients except salt in Vitamix.
  • Taste and add salt if needed.
  • Add more water if needed for consistency.
  • Blend and pour into a bowl.

Notes

*If you don’t have a blender, grate the ginger and turmeric and mince the garlic, and whisk everything together in a small bowl or mason jar.
