3tablespoonsQuantum Tomato Concentrate Powder
4tablespoonsItalian seasoning
1tablespoongarlic powder
1/4teaspoonsea salt
1/4teaspoonkelp powder
Instructions
Combine everything in a medium bowl.
Spoon mixture onto dehydrator sheets and flatten into desired shape.
Dehydrate at 110–120°F until firm on top (about 8 hours), then flip and dehydrate until crisp. Total drying time: 12–20 hours depending on air humidity.
Store in a cool, dry place. Makes excellent crackers or one large crust for raw pizza.
