Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Chia gel ½ cup chia seeds mixed with 1 ½ cups water
  • 3 tablespoons Quantum Tomato Concentrate Powder
  • 4 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon kelp powder

Instructions
 

  • Combine everything in a medium bowl.
  • Spoon mixture onto dehydrator sheets and flatten into desired shape.
  • Dehydrate at 110–120°F until firm on top (about 8 hours), then flip and dehydrate until crisp. Total drying time: 12–20 hours depending on air humidity.
  • Store in a cool, dry place. Makes excellent crackers or one large crust for raw pizza.
