Airport Fitness: A simple solution to Exercise on the Road

This is my blog post from August 20 which didn't actually get posted at the time because the internet connection failed!

I'm enroute from Austin to Fort Bragg California where I'll be attending the Living Light Healthy Living Expo.  We have an hour layover in LA.  I bought a bottle of water to keep  me hydrated , and since healthy food is hard to find at the LA airport, I decided to save my appetite for a delicious living foods experience at Cafe Gratitude when we arrive in San Francisco.

So, why not exercise?  Here's my new exercise routine, called backpack lunges.  It's a great leg workout and an awesome way to spend a layover!!!

Why waste time when you can be doing quick and easy health promoting activities.  Stay tuned for how to eat healthy food while traveling by car!

Love, Health and Joy,

Dr. Ritamarie
