Thyroid Support Elixir: Low Glycemic Gluten Free Raw Food Recipe

 Dr. Ritamarie's Thyroid Support Elixir

This creamy and delicious low glycemic elixir will deeply nourish your thyroid gland, keep your blood sugar nice and steady and give your energy and stamina a big boost.

Ingredients:

  •  2 teabags Holy Basil tea
  • 16 – 20 ounces purified waterdoctorritamarie-1d648557-0f72-4a5d-a2a6-a33e053107da-v2
  • 4 large Brazil nuts
  •  1 tablespoon raw organic walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coconut butter (Artisana) OR
    2 tablespoons dried coconut
  • ½ teaspoon kelp powder
  • ½ teaspoon bladderwrack powder
  • ½ teaspoon coleus powder (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon shilajit powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cordyceps mushroom powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ashwaganda powder
  • 2 tablespoons raw carob powder or raw cacao powder
  •  1/4 teaspoon stevia green leaf powder, or 6-8 drops your choice flavored liquid Sweet Leaf Stevia, or 1 teaspoon Zero or Lakanto

 

Directions:

  1. Boil water and pour over tea bags in a large cup.
  2. Allow to brew while gathering other ingredients.
  3. Put all ingredients into blender.
  4. Add tea after it's been brewing for a few minutes.
  5. Blend until smooth an creamy.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness or add water to desired consistency.
