My blood work showed I was at 32 ng/ml (given a 32-100 ng/ml range)in october but I was outdoors all summer long without sunscreen (head and arms exposed).
I’ve started taking cod liver oil plus 2000 IU vit D drops daily.
I do have an autoimmune disease, would that type of disease that have “eaten-up” my stored vit D? How much supplementation can I get away with?
