Steps for applying castor oil packs

3. Optional: Heat the oil-soaked cloth slightly. You can do this by placing a hot pack over it for a short period of time.
4. Place the pack: Lie down comfortably on the towel and place the oil-soaked cloth directly on the targeted area, such as the abdomen, liver area, or any affected region.
5. Cover with plastic: Cover the cloth with a plastic wrap or sheet to prevent oil stains and retain heat. You may also use an old towel on top of the plastic for added insulation.
