Hello, Health-Seeker! We’re all still in follow-up mode after our sell-out Spring Into Vitality event last weekend. I enjoyed it so much that I’m already laying awake planning the next one. At the event, I discovered a new addiction – cashew yogurt! I have made 3 batches so far – and one was videotaped! On Saturday I had a blast teaching the Beginner’s Guide to Making Fermented Foods: Non-Dairy Yogurt, Cheese, and Kefir classfor our VITAL Community Healing Kitchen video class.
