
After you've made the truffles, another option is to put them into heart-shaped molds to celebrate the day of the heart.
Cacao Protein Truffles
Ingredients:
- 2 cups walnuts
- ยพ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 pinches salt
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 1 scoop Sunwarrior chocolate protein powder
- ยฝ tsp liquid hazelnut stevia
- ยผ cup melted cacao butter
- scant ยผ water
- extra cacao powder & coconut for rolling
Directions:
- Combine first 6 ingredients together in a food processor.
- Add in the cacao butter and water and process until mixture sticks between your fingers.
- Roll into 1 tablespoon balls between your hands and roll in cacao powder or coconut.
- Refrigerate.
