Practitioner Corner: Genes and Thyroid

by | 0 comments

Your functional health is influenced by your genes and can impact important factors such as insulin and thyroid.

I've been very fascinated with the effects of genes on health. Not that I take the stance of blaming things on gengeneshealthes.

Rather it's from the standpoint of modifying the epigenic expression via diet, lifestyle and targeted supplementation.

Here’s something from Dr. Ben Lynch at MTHFR.net about genes and thyroid:

Enjoy!

Thyroid and genetics are intimately connected to blood sugar balance and blood sugar imbalance has an impact on all your hormones. For an enlightening set of free videos and a webinar called Bye Bye B4 go here: http://www.ByeByeB4.com
