Practitioner Corner: Genes and Thyroid

by | 0 comments

I've been very fascinated with the effects of genes on health. Not that I take the stance of blaming things on gengeneshealthes.

Rather it's from the standpoint of modifying the epigenic expression via diet, lifestyle and targeted supplementation.

Hereโ€™s something from Dr. Ben Lynch at MTHFR.net about genes and thyroid:

Enjoy!

Thyroid and genetics are intimately connected to blood sugar balance and blood sugar imbalance has an impact on all your hormones. For an enlightening set of free videos and a webinar called Bye Bye B4 go here:ย http://www.ByeByeB4.com
