You make many choices during your day – the personal care products you use as you get ready for the day, the foods you eat throughout the day, what you use to put your food in as you eat and drink them, and even the clothes you wear. Have you ever stopped to think about where these things come from, as well as who produces them?

imageJoin Dr. Ritamarie and Mindy Goldis, aka The Rawsome Vegan Gal, as they discuss the importance of researching the everyday products in your life to know who and what you are supporting with your dollars. Mindy will also educate you on certain products that you can start including in your life right now, and then the direction you can take to start educating yourself.
