Americans are anything but aware of diabetes and its effect on your body. In fact, most Americans are oblivious to their risk of type 2 diabetes, so much so that experts have recently announced that the onset of the disease is a growing epidemic with nearly 1 in 10 adult Americans now being labeled as diabetic.

In fact, according to the American Diabetes Association, 1.7 million new cases of diabetes are diagnosed every year, affecting both adults and children; and diabetes will kill more Americans every year than AIDS and breast cancer combined.

Join Dr. Ritamarie and  James LaValle as they discuss how to accurately read a blood glucose test, along with the top recommendations for type 2 diabetes prevention using food, herbs, nutrients, and lifestyle changes.
