Background:
There are about 100 million Americans that suffer from chronic pain, defined as pain that lasts longer than six months. Chronic pain can be mild or excruciating, episodic or continuous, merely inconvenient or totally incapacitating.
The common theme, though, is you've been told to just live with it. Is there a way out of this pain cycle?
Join Dr. Ritamarie and Dr. Daniel Twogood as they discuss a unique approach to chronic pain.
Dr. Daniel Twogood graduated from the University of California in Santa Barbara in 1973, then from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles in 1983. Dr. Twogood began practicing in 1983 at the International Sports Medicine Institute in West Los Angeles where he treated athletes in the 1984 Olympics. He opened his own practice in Apple Valley, California in 1985 where he discovered the diet/pain relationship for himself in 1985. Since then, Dr. Twogood has discovered more about chronic pain, what causes it, and how to eliminate chronic pain in a reasonable period of time. He has written four books on chronic pain; his latest is “Chronic Pain Gone 90 Days.” This new book includes the 10 steps necessary to eliminate chronic pain.

Is chronic fatigue also helped by this
Hi, Beverly,
If you get a chance to listen to the replay, I highly recommend it. He spoke a lot about how his suggestions help people with pain. While he didn’t specifically mention chronic fatigue, he did say that his methods have helped people with a number of issues. In his words, he says to try his method for 90 days and see how it works for you. His book, “Chronic Pain Gone 90 Days” is a very simple, yet informed, instruction manual, and an inexpensive download. — Lynn DeBuhr Johnson, Dr. Ritamarie Care Team
