Hemp Milk Elixir
- 1 cup hemp milk*
- 1 teaspoon of coconut butter
- 3/4 teaspoon ashwagandha
- 1 teaspoon of maca powder
- 1 small scoop of green powder
1. Combine hemp milk, coconut butter, ashwagandha, maca powder, and green powder and blend together in a blender.
2. Adjust flavorings to taste.
*Chia gel: combine 2 tablespoons of chia seeds with 5 tablespoons of water. Stir and let sit 10-15 minutes. Then stir again before using.

- 1 cup of hemp seeds (2 cups for thicker milk)
- 2 cups of water
- 1 teaspoon of organic vanilla
- 1 teaspoon of luo han
- a teaspoon of cinnamon
