Cucumber, Celery, and Green Beans Combo for Best Sugar Balancer Juice

This refreshing and thirst-quenching drink does just the opposite!
In science-backed research, both cardamom and cinnamon have been found to lower A1C and Homa-IR, a measurement of insulin resistance. And in over 13 studies, cinnamon was also shown to protect against heart disease by lowering triglycerides and total cholesterol with just a ¾ teaspoon daily.
They also contain potassium, magnesium, vitamin K & C, as well as calcium, all of which support bone health.
As an added bonus, cardamom is antibacterial. Not only does it improve breath, recent studies have also shown it may inhibit the growth of the bacteria that causes gingivitis and help eliminate streptococcus mutans, a major cause of cavities.
I may be focusing on blood sugar stability, but right along with it comes a multitude of additional benefits, the happy accident that always happens when using whole food, plant-based ingredients.
Blood Sugar Balancer Juice
- 1 cucumber
2 stalks celery
1 cup green beans
1/4 teaspoon cardamom
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Run cucumber, celery, and green beans through the juicer.
- Stir in cinnamon and cardamom to the juice.
