Try this delicious, silky smooth eggnog smoothie and watch how even your kids will gulp it down! No need to deprive yourself of the holiday favorites that hold for you such fond memories .. simply replace them with a healthier version.
Hemp Eggnog Smoothie
Ingredients:
โข1/4 cup hemp seeds
โข 1 teaspoon cinnamon
โข 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, or more to taste
โข 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
โข Pinch of turmeric
โข 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
โข Pinch of green stevia
โข 2 – 3 handfuls spinach
โข 1 cup of water, or more as needed for desired consistency
โข Pinch of clove (optional)
โข 1 teaspoon dulse flakes (optional)
โข Ice (optional)
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Variation: Addย your favorite green,ย up to 4 handfuls, if desired to make this a real green smoothie. The recipe tastes best with spinach, but other greens can be used as well.
