Coco Blue Green Smoothie

If you’re looking for a fruit option that’s more likely to play nice with your blood sugar, blueberries may be a potential ally (though only testing will tell you for sure). This is a low-glycemic, blood-sugar friendly green smoothie recipe from my The Sweet Spot Solution Recipe Collection.

Coco Blue Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups spinach
  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon coconut butter
  • 1/4 cup Chia Gel
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • enough water to blend
  • stevia if desired to taste

Directions:

  1. Blend and enjoy.
