What causes autoimmune disorders?
We’ve been talking about one of the leading causes for weeks on ths show…and this week we are bringing back gluten expert, Dr. Tom O’Bryan.
In this show learn:
• Auto-immune Disease is the #1 cause of morbidity and mortality in the Industrialized World.
• The initiation and early development of auto-immune disease requires a triad of factors which includes environmental triggers. The most prevalent and common environmental trigger today is the food we eat.

I found the discussion about gluten and autoimmune disease, very enlightening. What was the name of the book on thyroid disease that he talked about? I couldn’t catch the author’s name. It was something like Denis Carvasian.
i could not decipher the name of the panel test for antibodies? Would you please give it to me?
Wonderful talk1 So informative!
Thank you! Claudia
Hi Claudia! Great question. The antibody test is through Cyrex Labs and is there autoimmune panel. There is also a basic gluten antibody test from Rnterolab.com. I got this answer straight from Dr. Ritamarie and she says thank you so much for your kind words…it means the world to her.
